Original Dell Inspiron 8200 BIOS chip

If your BIOS failed as a result of an unsuccessful upgrade or damaged by a virus / power surge, don't waste money on a replacement main system board (motherboard)!!! Replacing the BIOS chip will make your Dell Inspiron 8200 work like new. This chip is NOT sold separately by Dell!

Our chips have the latest code available, so you don't have to upgrade it.

Note: this product requires soldering! If you don't feel confident performing such a procedure, send us the main board and we'll professionally install it for only $89 USD + the price of the BIOS chip.

If you want to remove the BIOS password, replacing the BIOS chip will not do it. Instead, search our website for a new security chip for your unit!
